Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report

Knox County Grants & Community Development

The Knox County Grants & Community Development Department (KCCD) Public Meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, over ZOOM. A link to the meeting will be located at the following URL: https://www.knoxcounty.org/communitydevelopment/public_notices.php.

The Knox County Grants & Community Development (KCCD) 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) documents the County's activities and performance under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Community Development Block Grant COVID (CDBG-CV), and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs during the past year addressing specific housing and service needs of the community. The public comment period is September 12 through September 28, 2022.

Knox County residents are encouraged to share their verbal or written comments about the County's CAPER at the virtual ZOOM meeting. Draft copies of the Report will be available online or by calling KCCD at (865) 215-3945. Comments may also be emailed to Zach Waggoner at Zachary.waggoner@knoxcounty.org or by mail to Knox County Grants & Community Development, City-County Building, Suite 364, 400 Main Street, Knoxville, TN 37902. The finalized version of the CAPER will be submitted to HUD for final approval on or after September 29, 2022.
