Knox County Community Development

The Knox County Community Development (KCCD) office is applying to the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development for funding through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV) Child Care Creation Program. A public meeting to discuss the proposed project will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 2:00 pm in the Community Meeting Room at the Karns Branch Library (7516 Oak Ridge Highway, Knoxville, TN 37931). Members of the public are invited to attend and comment.

Comments may also be submitted by email to cdfeedback@knoxcounty.org  or by mail to Knox County Community Development, City/County Building, Suite 364, Knoxville, TN 37902.  All comments must be received no later than Friday, September 23, 2022.  It is anticipated that the CDBG-CV Child Care Creation application will be submitted no later than Monday, September 26, 2022.
