Bob agreed to handle a project for me which was basically a complete redo and reinstall of my software.  First off the communication was very prompt and working with Bob was both pleasant and professional.

Bob started working on my site very quickly and completed the project with little downtime.  Because of some quirks on my site I believe he encountered a few unexpected problems but quickly solved them and did a first class job in every way.

I also was very pleased that he offered a number of choices to some of the decisions that had to be made and also gave some very creative and suggestions of ways I could improve my forum.

If I was asked to rate Bob's performance on a 5 star scale I couldn't do it since I would feel that even if only 5 stars were an option I would want to give him 6 stars.
