Drinking the Kool-Aid

Has it gotten bad enough for Americans to change? Or will we wait for terrorist atrocities in our neighborhoods? Nearly 4 million "migrants" have entered our country on Biden's watch, a number greater than the populations of 40 of the 50 states. And 1.5 million have just sneaked across the porous border and disappeared. Millions will never show up for their "refugee" hearings. We have no idea how many jihadists are already here; the Biden administration admits they are not keeping track of migrants. The political optics of this disaster are so bad that Biden now thinks we need a border wall, after he auctioned off President Trump's border wall materials.

A friend of mine asked, "When will people wake up to reality?" I replied, "They won't until crime, drugs and homelessness affects them or illegal aliens fill their sidewalks and neighborhoods. Until then, they'll keep drinking the Kool-Aid." My friend said this is "progressive insanity." She's right. But it will be too late when the jihadists strike. Never forget that just 19 Islamic terrorists killed almost 3000 Americans on 9/11.

President Trump was right again when he said releasing $6 billion to Iran will lead to terrorist attacks and kidnapping; and it has. Iran governs Hamas and funds its rockets and terrorism despite what the impaired Biden, Democrats and Democrat Socialists like AOC and her squad of loons say.

Perhaps the Israelis were so preoccupied with internecine political squabbles that they took their eye off the ball and allowed an invasion by Muslim terrorists. Some speculate that the "intelligence failure" was due to a compromise of Israel's intelligence agencies. One wonders about the competence of our own intelligence community which is "neither intelligent nor a community." Our spooks and leaders failed to protect us on 9/11 and then took us to war for purported weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Biden's National Security Advisor told us a week before the Hamas attack that the Middle East is "quieter than it's been in two decades." Our leaders and spooks are so busy chasing parents at school board meetings, Catholics and Biden's "Bigfoot," MAGA Republicans, to worry about jihadis.

To paraphrase Dan Bongino, Republicans may not be able to fix all our problems, but it is a certainty that Democrats have caused the mess we are in. And iPOTUS can now claim a second major war on his watch. Will this new Middle East war, Hamas' atrocities, AOC's Democrat Socialist's rallies in support of Hamas and all the damage Biden and Democrats have done be enough to, as the Brits say, gobsmack Americans to proclaim, "enough!"? I don't know. At this moment, fifty percent of the country continues to support and vote for Democrat destroyers, both locally and nationally. All the while leftists and globalists attack all aspects of our country and Americanism.

Americanism could be defined as a belief in or loyalty to the United States of America, as well as respect for the flag, customs, traditions, culture and our Constitutional form of government. These beliefs encompass the ideals of independence, freedom of speech, and democracy (Robert Malone MD). These fundamentals of our country are under attack by BLM, Antifa, Democrat Socialists, loons in the media and academia. If you doubt this, you have drunk the Kool-Aid and you are lost to objective reality.

After the Six-Day War in 1967 the Arab League formulated The Khartoum Resolution stating there would be no peace, recognition or negotiations with the state of Israel. While there have been some changes, including returning the Sinai to Egypt (land for peace), establishing Gaza as a homeland for Palestinians (the two state solution) and the Abraham Accords, the hatred for Israel continues in the Arab world. So 50 years after the Yom Kippur War of 1973, Palestine is again in flames, and this time the worst aspects of terrorism are on display with rape, butchering babies, murdering noncombatant women and old people, as well as threats of televised Taliban-like beheadings of hostages by Hamas savages.

The name Palestine comes from the province formed by the Roman Empire called Syria Palaestina. However, the term derives from Greek Philista or the land of the Philistines of the 12th century BC. The Biblical Goliath was a Philistine. And the battle for this tormented land goes back to the time of the Trojan War (c. 1200 BC).

After liberation from Egyptian slavery, the Hebrews made their way to Canaan and drove those Semitic peoples out to form the kingdom of Israel around 1000 BC. Jews are so named because they are the descendants of the tribe of Judah who existed in the southern part of the kingdom of Israel along with the smaller tribe of Benjamin. The other ten tribes of Israel inhabited the north, but were destroyed by the Assyrians in 722 BC. It was the Jews who were conquered and enslaved by the Babylonians (current day Iraqis) in 587 BC. Then the Persians (current day Iranians) destroyed the Babylonians and the Jews were allowed to return to their homeland and rebuild the Temple. This existed until everything was destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD,  ushering in the diaspora. Today, the Wailing Wall is all that remains of the Temple.

It was not until the 7th century AD that Arabs began using the term Palestine for the region that had no official status or defined boundaries until after World War I when Great Britain was given a mandate to oversee this region. Then after the Second World War the allies established new national boundaries for Jordan and Syria. Most have seen the movie Exodus describing Jews returning to their ancestral homeland after WWII and the Holocaust. In 1948 the United Nations created Israel for those Jews and since then, the Jews have continued their fight to prevent extermination by Arab neighbors.

Never have a people been so maligned, hectored, persecuted and threatened with annihilation. But the "leaders'' of Hamas who reside in Qatar have made a big mistake. The Jews will not be the ones destroyed. And it's time Americans wise up to all the enemies of Americanism.
