Applications being accepted for Dwight Kessel Leadership Scholarship

The Tennessee Valley Fair Foundation is now accepting applications for the Dwight Kessel Leadership Scholarship. This one-time $1,000 scholarship will be granted to an East Tennessee graduating high school senior.
