4 arrests made in connection to death of Baltimore County police officer

A 16-year-old was arrested after the slaying of a Baltimore County, Maryland, police officer, and three other suspects who were at large are now in custody, according to authorities Tuesday. A Maryland prosecutor said suspect Dawnta Anthony Harris is being charged as an adult for officer Amy Caprio's murder.
